Admirals Cove Patio homes are all single family one story houses, both 3 and 4 bedrooms, located on the water or the golf course. They represent the best value in single detached homes. The waterfront patio homes can accommodate up to a 50 foot boat.

 

Patio homes are situated on the manned gated East side of Admirals Cove (using the A1A entrance) and are nearby the main clubhouse.  Altogether, 78 Patio homes were built.  Most have undergone massive renovations or have had additions. The Patio Homes were very popular because of their terrific floor plans and are scattered about on Victory Drive, Nautical, Eagle Drive, and Regatta Drive.  The Seafarer model has two bedrooms and baths upstairs.

All residents can belong and join as a full golf member.
