The Loxahatchee River is one of only 2 Federally Designated Wild & Scenic Rivers in Florida. Here the River makes its way out of Jonathan Dickinson State Park and into the Atlantic Ocean. One of our most scenic roads is Loxahatchee River Road which winds beautifully along the western shore of the River area in Jupiter. Located along this road are several scenic subdivisions one of which is Fox Run. The 41 single family homes in Fox Run are situated on some of the largest residential lots in Jupiter and they are an acre or more in size.
Each home is custom built and each is situated distinctly on its own lot. Homes are designed with many of the features you might expect in country homes or those in New England and blend with the surroundings. You might consider a home here if you are looking for a unique home on a large lot that doesn’t have the typical Mediterranean inspired architecture most of the newer, contemporary homes have.
Fox Run is located on the northern side of the Town of Jupiter but because Jupiter is a small town, everything is just a short drive away. The famous Jupiter Inlet with its 150 year old lighthouse, restaurants and fishing jetty is only about 10 minutes away. And the miles of wide and clean beaches that extend south are also only about 10 minutes away. Most of the schools are part of the Jupiter system and are “A” rated. And all the other necessary amenities like the Jupiter Medical Center, the Public Library, Town Hall and Jupiter Community Center as well as the North County Aquatic Center are also just 5-10 minutes away.
