One of the most scenic roads in Jupiter is Loxahatchee River Road which winds along the Jupiter side of the Loxahatchee River, over small bridges and under mature oaks. Here you will find the small community of Heron Hideaway. The 11 single family homes in Heron Hideaway were built in the 1990’s and range in size from about 2,700 square feet to nearly 5,000 feet, all with private pools. You might consider a home here if you are seeking a small neighborhood with very modest HOA fees and yet are looking for larger lots since the home sites here are about one half acre.
Homes here are both one and two story and have plenty of luxury amenities inside like hardwood or marble floors, custom window treatments, gourmet kitchens, 20 ft. ceilings with crown molding, French doors, granite counters and heated spas.
A location along Loxahatchee River Road means you will always have a scenic commute yet your location is central to everything in Jupiter. All the schools are Jupiter’s famous “A” rated schools and all three schools are just a short drive across town. Once in town, you will find easy access to nearly everything. The Public Library, North County Aquatic Center, Town Hall, Jupiter Community Center, Jupiter Medical Center and the Post Office are all within about a mile of each other. This small town feel is what makes living in Jupiter so great.
Our famous Jupiter Lighthouse sits right on the Jupiter Inlet and we have restaurants directly across from the 150 year old monument where you can dine on the water. County Parks dot the oceanfront here and are great for snorkeling or fishing and they include Coral Cove, Dubois Park, Jupiter Inlet Park and Carlin Park.
