Since Jupiter is a small town that was largely developed during the 1970’s and 1980’s, newer communities are not common since there was little land left to build upon. But one parcel remained in central Jupiter and the community of Botanica was begun and is still under construction in 2011. You might consider homes in Botanica if you are looking for the newest homes in the newest community in Jupiter.
Botanica contains both single family homes and townhouses. Single family homes range from three bedroom, two and half bath models with 1,875 square feet to six bedroom, five and half bath models with over 5,000 square feet. These homes have private pools. Features include hurricane protection from impact glass windows, granite counters in gourmet kitchens with islands, 2 patios, parking in the rear of the homes, hardwood floors, 42″ cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Some homes have views of the natural preserve areas kept in the development as green space buffers.
Townhouses start at about 1,300 square feet with three bedrooms and two and a half baths and range up to four bedrooms with two full baths and two half baths. These townhouses also share many of the luxury features included in the single family homes like granite counters, stainless steel appliances and tile floors laid on the diagonal. They also have balconies on the second floor bedrooms and private patios on the rear.
Most schools are “A” rated Jupiter schools and are only a 5 minute drive away. Our famous beaches are also just a 5 minute ride over the Intracoastal Waterway to the east. Here miles of clean, wide and free beaches wait.
The shopping and dining district of Palm Beach Gardens with The Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens and Legacy Place is just 10 minutes to the south.
