Little Club is an undiscovered, over-55 community on the southern edge of Jonathan Dickinson State Park and is the perfect refuge for retirees looking to escape the cold and snow. The 370 condos in Little Club are located in two story buildings and are just a little under 1,000 square feet in size. These units have one and two bedroom floor plans, screened porches overlooking the 9 hole golf course where unlimited golf is included in your lifestyle here. In addition, there is a community pool and library connected to the clubhouse.
Life here will be very quiet with the huge Jonathan Dickinson State Park right next door. It’s even possible a deer may walk out of the park to graze. There are no “cut through” streets so only the residents will be driving in the community. And as an “over-55” development, there won’t be kids in the neighborhood very often.
Although Little Club is tucked away on the north side of town, like everything in Jupiter all your destinations are just a short drive away. Across the street is Riverbend with another great, walking golf course and less than a mile away is Turtle Creek with another golf course. The famous Jupiter Lighthouse and Jupiter Inlet are just about a 15 minute drive to the east. And our famous beaches run all along the coast nearby.
Jupiter is full of great restaurants including steakhouses and seafood restaurants. The Maltz Dinner Theater is a short drive away in Jupiter also. If the beaches, restaurants and libraries in Jupiter and Tequesta are not enough for you head south about 15 minutes to Palm Beach Gardens. There you will find the Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens. There is even more waterfront dining here along the Intracoastal Waterway.
