When the PGA Tour comes to town in March, they play the Honda Classic on The Champion course at PGA. While The Champion is only one of four courses here, its layout favors the Tour players more than the other courses. On The Champion, Jack Nicklaus has designed the famous “Bear Trap” to provide some thrills on the final day as the leaders come through the 16th and 17th holes on their way to the 18th. There might be no better place to watch this challenge than from around the pool at Grand Cay PGA National real estate.
Surrounded by water on all sides, the 42 single family homes in Grand Cay offer spacious floor plans of between 2,800 and 4,000 square feet with three, four and five bedroom models. They have three, four and five bedrooms with half baths and pools. Paver driveways are standard as are coffered ceilings and accent columns. Crown molding, marble floors and granite counters accent the stainless steel appliances. This small enclave of distinct homes offer some of the best views of the golf course.
PGA is a golfer’s paradise and is located in the middle of Palm Beach Gardens, the golf capital of the world. Other clubs in the area include Mirasol with two courses and BallenIsles with three more so you will never lack for a challenging round.
The heart of the PGA National community is the Resort and Spa with hotel rooms, Olympic size pool, luxury spa facilities and fine restaurants. In addition to the five golf courses, there are 18 tennis courts, indoor racquetball courts and croquet. The carefully planned PGA National development offers office e space, LA fitness, quick dining opportunities and a real estate office. Located near the crossroads of PGA Blvd. you can take your choice of shopping and dining in Palm Beach Gardens or in just 15 minutes you can be in downtown West Palm Beach or the International Airport.
