One of the most scenic locations in the Jupiter and Tequesta areas is the section along the Jupiter Inlet and Loxahatchee River. With water in every direction, sunrises over the ocean, sunsets over the river and a constant parade of recreational boaters, sailboats and yachts cruising by, this is certainly one of our greatest vantage points. Imagine living right among all this waterfront activity and having a marina on-site as well. Well, this describes life at Jupiter Cove.
Jupiter Cove is located right on the Jupiter Inlet, between the U.S. One bridge and the Alternate A-1-A bridge on the north side. This means you have views out to sea, views of the Jupiter Lighthouse, views across the Inlet, views down the Intracoastal Waterway and views west where the Inlet merges with the Loxahatchee River. If life on the water appeals to you, this location is one of the best.
While there are many condominiums in this area, none have the strategic location that Jupiter Cove does. And with a marina here, you can purchase a dock slip and have direct ocean access with no fixed bridges. Being located on the north side of the Inlet means you will have warm sunlight bathing the patio area in the winter, perfect for escaping the snow!
There are 6 buildings in the complex which wraps around the marina. Most of the units are two bedrooms, two baths in floor plan and have between 1,350 and 1,550 square feet of living space. They were built in the early 1980’s so some will be completely original and others will have been updated with granite and stainless appliances. Although there is no parking garage, all parking is covered.
Jupiter and Tequesta have long been known as relaxing, wintering spots and if you are considering a unit in this area and love the fabulous waterfront lifestyle, be sure and take a look at these.
