Discretely tucked in the southeastern corner of PGA National and just off Avenue of the Masters are the 192 condos of Lexington Green. These two and three bedroom townhomes offer floor plans with between about 1,000 square feet of living space to around 1,600. Lexington Green PGA National condos offer the residents lake views and access to a 35 acre park which is adjacent to the community. The units are two stories with Mediterranean styling and recessed entries. Lexington Green also offers residents their own private pool and sundeck.
PGA National is a beautifully planned community of 2,340 acres in Palm Beach Gardens with 800 acres set aside for green spaces to preserve the feeling of casual elegance. These green spaces include five golf courses, hiking paths, parks and playgrounds and cycling trails. Additionally, 240 acres were set aside on the western side of the development for a natural preserve with a pavilion for viewing the wildlife which includes wading birds like herons, hawks and owls and possibly an otter or fox.
The backbone of PGA National though is the complex of five champion caliper golf courses which wind through the neighborhoods and around lakes. When the PGA Tour stops in south Florida in the March, they play the Honda Classic on “The Champion” course.
Although PGA is home to the PGA of America, it is also home to the famous PGA National Resort & Spa. Inside the Resort you will find hotel rooms, an Olympic size pool, fine dining and luxurious spa facilities. The Resort lifestyle continues outside where 18 clay tennis courts, indoor racquetball courts with attached fitness center and a croquet court await you.
PGA provides quick access to cultural locations of downtown West Palm Beach and the airport to the south or Jupiter and Tequesta to the north via the Florida Turnpike. The shopping and dining district along the PGA Boulevard corridor is only 5 or 10 minutes away.
