Villa Vasari Mirasol Condos

Villa Vasari is a modest community tucked just off the entrance to the Club at Mirasol.  You use the main, palm lined entrance to the Club then turn right at the entrance to your home complete with fountain.  There are two things that make living in Villa Vasari unique in Mirasol.  First you have your choice of condominium, townhouse or single family home.  Second, these are the closest homes to the Grand Clubhouse so you are less than a minute from the driving range and pro shop, the 15 tennis courts and Olympic size pool at the Esplanade Spa and Fitness Center and dining whether its poolside, or casual after golf, or formal.  Although you are close to the Clubhouse, you are well insulated from any possible noise by a thick and tall hedge of tropical and flowering shrubs.  You are also very close to the western gate of Mirasol which means you can join other friends at clubs like PGA National, BallenIsles, or Frenchman’s Creek.

The condominiums and  are between  2,200 and 2900 square feet with twoor 3 bedrooms and two plus baths.  Both the Cellini and Verona model have impact hurricane glass and saturnia stone marble floors.  Perfect for that Pied-a-Terre when the weather is nasty up north.  And there’s not a lot for you to take care of when you are here.  The single family homes are around 3,000 square feet and have a three bedroom, two bath layout.

A home in Villa Vasari might also be for the dedicated golfer who needs quick and constant access to the courses yet like to zip right home after a round.  If any of these attributes sound appealing, keep these homes in mind.
