Moving from Los Angeles, CA where I rode at Soul Cycle 4-5 days a week.  I miss my rides! My fingers are crossed that the group motivation will help me reach my fitness goals.

I have had the opportunity to take several preview classes.  It’s indoor cycling in a dark room so you have a chance to pedal your stress away.  There are monitors on every bike to indicate your resistance and RPM’s.  They also send you an email with details of your performance.

 Green markets are a great way to pick up fresh locally grown organic produce as well as shop the varied local vendors for great gift ideas. You will even find homemade fresh breads, pies, cheeses and honey amongst other things.

There are two particular markets that I like that are in great locations:

The Gardens Green Market

Open 8am – 1pm every Sunday rain or shine at the City Hall Municipal Complex at 10500 N Military Trail in the Gardens. They offer live entertainment as well and this runs until May 7.  Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Jupiter Green and Artisan Market at Harbourside Place

This is a year round event on Sundays at Harbourside Place on US 1 in Jupiter along the intracoastal waterway. This is a pet friendly event.
