In PGA National, a limited number of estate single family homes were built.  96 of these are in Burwick Estates.  These homes are three, four and five bedroom floor plans with from 2,200 square feet to nearly 6,000 of living space.  All have private pools under screened enclosures.  Most of the homes were built in the late 1980’s, although some were built in the 1990’s and as late as 2004.  Interiors may be completely upgraded with fine stone counters
