Besides spectacular homes, each individual community has its own personality and nuances regarding golf, boating, tennis, and social activities. Some communities also have mandatory membership and rules of purchasing a membership as a stipulation to being able to buy a home in the community.
This spreadsheet is a guide to help you navigate membership requirements and what costs will run. We check equity costs, mandatory or non mandatory requirements, annual dues, initiation fees, trail fees, and refunds on equity every six months.
