Jupiter, FL is comprised of many small and intimate communities, each with its own personality. Perhaps the smallest is found on the Loxahatchee River in north Jupiter, Carmel Landing. The custom homes in Carmel Landing were built in the 1990's with private pools and some front directly on the Loxahatchee River making them some of the most desirable properties in this area. The Loxahatchee River is a Federally Designated Wild & Scenic River, one of only 2 in Florida. At this point, the River is wide and deep and homes here would have direct ocean access through the Jupiter Inlet. The home sites here can be as large as a half acre.
Inside the homes you will find luxury amenities like marble floors, custom window treatments, 10 ft. ceilings, fireplaces, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Other homes may have hardwood floors and plantation shutters.
Like most everyplace in Jupiter, Carmel Landing is within a 10 minute drive of shopping, great restaurants and schools. Schools in Jupiter are "A" rated and we are famous for 5 miles of free beaches where dogs are welcome and walkers and cyclists regularly exercise along the Beach Road.
The shopping area of Palm Beach Gardens is only about 15 minutes south and the downtown West Palm Beach area and the Palm Beach International Airport are only about 20 minutes away via I-95.
