Tequesta Condos Real Estate & Homes for Sale
On the northern side of Jupiter, across the graceful and scenic Jupiter Inlet and LoxahatcheeRiver, lies the quiet residential area called the Village of Tequesta.

Since the community sits along the Intracoastal Waterway, there are condominiums for sale in Tequesta along the eastern shore of the Intracoastal Waterway from the Jupiter Inlet north to the Martin County line.
In addition to these older condominiums, in the 2005-2006 building boom several other condominiums were built in Tequesta with newer amenities like large clubhouses with pools and fitness centers and granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding and higher ceilings.
No discussion of these superb Tequesta condos would be complete without discussing the oceanfront condominiums and intracoastal condominiums on the southern tip of Jupiter Island. The southern end of Jupiter Island is has waterfront units on both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.
Those along the Intracoastal are more modest in nature although some do have docks. The condominiums on the Atlantic Ocean however, are another matter. These are very large, with luxury appointments and command substantially higher prices due to the fact that they have direct ocean front views and private, access to the Jupiter Island beaches.
